Manage accounts in the personal account of the consumer of housing and communal services. In it you can view the history of accruals and pay utility bills.
By default, access to the basic version of the personal housing and communal services account is provided. There you can pay for utilities using a QR code or using the details of the payee, which are entered manually. This is available to any resident who has downloaded the application.
To access the full version of a resident’s personal account, the housing and communal services management company or HOA must integrate with this mobile application. If your utility service provider does not yet upload information to this application, contact them and tell them about this possibility.
There is also access to a demo version where you can familiarize yourself with all the functions of the online housing and communal services office.

HOW IT WORKS:
Transfer of readings and payment of receipts
The entered meter readings are sent to the housing and communal services management company or HOA.
The management organization carries out calculations using only current data.
Receipts and charges are transferred to the mobile application, where they can be paid immediately.
Payment is sent directly to the management company.
Applications from residents
The permit applications you create will be displayed on the housing and communal services website by the checkpoint officer, and the ADS applications created will be transferred to the management company.
